I created Healing Workbooks as a space for reflection, recovery, and gentle self-growth. This blog is an extension of that vision. A place where I share insights and guidance from my own healing journey, along with tools that can support yours.

My intention is to help you feel seen, validated, and inspired as you move through your own process of healing from trauma, reconnecting with your inner child, and reclaiming your sense of self.

On this blog, I will be writing about topics that mirror the themes of my guided journals and healing workbooks:

  • Trauma healing and recovery: finding emotional safety, grounding, and resilience after trauma.
  • Inner child healing: reconnecting with the younger parts of yourself through compassion, journaling, and creative reflection.
  • Healing from narcissistic abuse and parentification: learning to rebuild boundaries, self-trust, and self-worth.
  • Emotional regulation and mindfulness: simple practices to help calm your nervous system and nurture inner peace.

Every post will offer gentle reflections and practical tools you can integrate into your daily life,  reminders that healing does not have to be rushed. It is a process of returning home to yourself, one tender step at a time.
